Build the second steel structure factory in Hung Yen, with an area of ​​5hectares, and continue to upgrade the first factory in Hai Phong.

Completion of Hung Yen steel structure factory. Officially established IPC Steel Structure Construction Joint Stock Company, with two steel structure factories in Hai Phong and Hung Yen. The main office is located in Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Continue to upgrade machinery, equipment, and people. Steel structure production capacity reaches 3,500 tons/month, becoming one of the leading steel structure manufacturing companies in Vietnam.
